As for my weekends, they are a mix of creating content and going to the gym. I like to take the time to unwind, but I also energize myself to do things that fuel my passions outside of the workplace. Finding balance is critical, and having activities to focus on outside of work is key to maintaining a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Finally, passing the baton of knowledge in my area of expertise is essential, particularly for students trying to break into the field. I firmly believe it's our responsibility as experienced professionals to guide and mentor those starting out in the field, so they can learn from our mistakes and successes.
